Jewellery in stock will be delivered within 2-5 business days of ordering.

Our carrier is DPD. To make delivery convenient for you, DPD provides the following service: They will attempt to deliver your package up to three times. You will be informed in advance of the delivery time window by SMS or email. In the DPD Kurýr web application, you can change the delivery address or request delivery to one of the DPD Pickup network of collection points. The application also allows you to communicate with the courier and track your shipment. We believe that you will be satisfied with the shipping. If this is not the case, please contact us at info@klarasipkova.cz.
We do not send cash on delivery shipments within the Czech Republic nor abroad.
